Rasbert Turner, Gleaner Writer

Attorney at law Sean Kinghorn and his co-accused are scheduled to reappear in the Corporate Area Criminal Court on February 19, next year.

However, the court has ordered that a handwriting expert in the case, who is yet to present her qualifications, do so by January 10.

Kinghorn, his secretary Ruth Spencer and St Catherine farmer, Linton Campbell are facing forgery and conspiracy to defraud charges.

They are accused of illegally creating a will for a St Ann woman in 2008.

But they have denied the charges.

All three are out on bail.
