Group Executive Director, Culture and Human Development at Jamaica Money Market Brokers (JMMB), Donna Duncan-Scott has resigned from two of the six JMMB subsidiary boards on which she sat.

Effective Thursday January 17, she has resigned from the boards of JMMB Insurance Brokers and JMMB Securities Limited, a release from the company said.

Duncan-Scott will continue to sit on the boards of JMMB Limited, Capital & Credit Merchant Bank, JMMB Puesto de Bolsa, the company’s subsidiary company in the Dominican Republic, and the Joan Duncan Foundation.

“As the JMMB Group continues it expansion, Mrs. Duncan-Scott has chosen to resign from these two boards, so as to devote more substantive attention to her role as Executive Director of Culture and Human Development, as the Group seeks to further build out its unique culture,” the release said.
