West Indies cricketers are now traveling to Canberra hoping to keep the five-match One-Day International (ODI), series against hosts Australia alive.

The Caribbean side is trailing 2-0 and faces a must-win situation in the third ODI, which takes place tomorrow night Jamaica time at Manuka Oval.

West Indies were beaten by 54 runs in the second game yesterday at the WACA Oval in Perth.

Kieran Powell was the stand out for West Indies yesterday. The left-hander carved out a career-best 83 off 90 balls in a 126-run, fourth wicket stand with Dwayne Bravo, who scored 45.

But West Indies, chasing 267 for victory, faltered for 212 off 38.1 overs.

Powell says he was disappointed at not being able to deliver a victory for West Indies.

Powell struck ten fours and two sixes in an entertaining innings that kept West Indies in the hunt.

Powell will be hoping to continue his good form at Canberra, where he hammered 92 in the lone tour game last week.
