55 new buses to boost JUTC fleet
The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) is to receive a boost to its fleet with the addition of 55 new buses.
The Transport Ministry says the buses are to arrive in the island between April and May.
Twenty of the buses are articulated with the remainder being regular size units.
In addition, four of the buses will be equipped with features to accommodate persons using wheelchairs.
Last year the state run bus company added 65 vehicles to its fleet.
