Cousins Daryean Blake and Vaughn Blake have been given life sentences after being found guilty of murder.
The two men were sentenced yesterday when they appeared before Judge Jenifer Straw in the St Elizabeth sitting of the Circuit Court.
The cousins reportedly had a dispute with a relative of the deceased, Oliver Alexander, and he confronted them at a dance in Warminster, in the parish, last year.
The men attacked Alexander stabbing him in the chest.
Alexander succumbed to his injuries and the men were subsequently charged.
Each of the convicted men will have to serve 20 years before being eligible for parole.
