Two of Clarendon’s most wanted killed

The police have confirmed that two of Clarendon’s most wanted men, Gavin Mason otherwise called ‘Cruise’, and Dwight Mason, otherwise called ‘Pele’, were killed during a confrontation in Bucknor, May Pen last night.

Both men were wanted in relation to multiple cases of murder, shooting, rape and robbery in the parish.

A woman, who has been identified as Tracy-Ann Butler, believed to have been the girlfriend of Mason, was also killed in the incident.

The Independent Commission of Investigations is probing the incident.

Two firearms, a Beretta pistol and an Intratec sub-machine were seized in the incident.

Head of Area Three Division, in which Clarendon falls, Assistant Commissioner of Police Derrick Knight, is cautioning citizens from securing their loved ones being sought by law enforcement officials.

He said reiterated the call for suspects to peacefully surrender when confronted by members of the security forces.
