PM to address parliament on resignation

2009-11-03 08:48:02 | with audio | (0 Comments)

The Prime Minister is to speak in Parliament today on the issue of the resignation of the Police Commissioner and the BOJ Governor. But already the information spokesman Daryl Vaz is indicating that the resignations are necessary.

Social commentator, Claude Robinson said while it’s important that the prime minister addresses these serious developments there are other concerns.

He said the frequency of the prime minister’s intervention in respect of national issues might be construed as inability on the part of portfolio ministers to do so.
