JFF to stage Coaching Courses

The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) will be joining forces with Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited and the University of Technology to stage two Level Two Coaching Courses this month.

The first Coaching Course will be held at the University of Technology from February 8 to 15 and the second and final Course will take place at the Grandiosa Hotel in Montego Bay from February 18 to 15.

Costa Rican Rodrico Kenton, a former national coach, will present the courses.

JFF President Captain Horace Burrell said Kenton was recommended by world football governing body, FIFA, which has sanctioned both courses.

Burrell further said local instructors will benefit from the courses.

Among the local instructors who will benefit from the courses are Reggae Boyz’ assistant coach Bradley Stewart, former Reggae Boyz’ head coach Wendell Downswell, national women’s coach Vin Blaine and Gregory Bartley, a lecturer at GC Foster Colleges.
