Lansford Spence adds a Silver medal to Jamaica's collection

Jamaica's Lansford Spence in capturing the Silver medal in the Men's 200m, at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi,India, has increased the nation's tally to six medals.

The 27-year old Lansford Spence, known more as a 400m specialist, ran a personal best of 20.49s for silver in the 200m. The race was won by England's Leon Baptiste in a time of 20.45s. Trinidad's Emmanuel Callender finished seventh in 21.12s.

Earlier today, Jamaica through Sheree Francis won Silver in the Women's High Jump and Bronze with Nickiesha Wilson in the Women's 400M Hurdles.

Jamaica's medal tally of six now includes, two Gold, three Silver and one Bronze.
