The Clarendon Police are reporting a major break-through in the January 4, York Town double murder.

The police said they have arrested two suspects, Ian Miller otherwise called ‘Bud Leg’ and Ras Macconeh Copeland alias ‘Tuffy’.

Both men are reportedly linked to the Bullard-Content Gang.

They have been charged with the murder of 43-year-old Carmeita Harris and 34-year-old fisherman, Marion Morris of York Town Settlement.

Head of the Clarendon Police Division, Senior Superintendent Dathan Henry, said the murders are believed to be a reprisal attack.

The son of the murdered woman has been in police custody for the July 10 gun attack in York Town, where 10 people were shot, three fatally.
