Policeman's relative in custody

One of the relatives of a policeman who has been implicated in a case of murder has turned herself in to police, after being listed as a person of interest.

Jacinth Salmon was listed as a Person of Interest by detectives from the St. Ann Criminal Investigations Branch on Friday and turned herself over to the Police on Saturday.

The detectives have also expressed an interest in speaking with 20-year-old Roxanne Peart, otherwise called ‘Sanseen’, of Bohemia district, St. Ann and Negril, Westmoreland.

Roxanne Peart is being asked to turn herself in to the St. Ann’s Bay Police before 3 p.m. today.

Anyone with information is also asked to contact the St. Ann’s Bay Criminal Investigations Branch at 922-2209, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest Police Station.
