The New York City Police Officer accused of killing an unarmed Jamaican teen in the Bronx in February has reportedly been indicted.

The New York Daily News reports that the officer, who has been identified as Richard Haste, will surrender to the Bronx District Attorney’s Office tomorrow.

He is expected to be charged with manslaughter.

Eighteen year-old Ramarley Graham was shot and killed inside his Bronx home on February 2, after being chased by members of the street crimes unit of the New York City Police Department (NYPD).

The officers reported that they thought Graham was carrying a gun, but the NYPD has since admitted that no firearm was found.

The NYPD has also admitted that Haste never received specialized training for the street crimes unit.
