Barbara Gayle, Staff Reporter
The four men charged in connection with the attack on the Hannah Town Police Station, during the Tivoli Gardens incursion in 2010, were today granted bail in the Gun Court. The four men, Dwayne Robinson, Anthony Lewis, Calvin Bernard and Craig Davidson, are charged with shooting with intent and illegal possession of firearm. Their attorneys, George Soutar and Michael Lorne, in applying for bail, said the men have been in custody for over two years and appeared in court 20 times. The prosecution has not attended any of the hearings. After hearing the application, Justice Marjorie Cole-Smith offered the men bail in the sum of $200,000 each with sureties. They are scheduled to return to court on September 10. editorial@gleanerjm.com Source: The Gleaner/Power 106 News Send your images, videos and updates to youreport@gleanerjm.com | Click here to Comment Your Comments
