NewsCops seek August Town wanted men2012-06-25 09:32:43 | (0 Comments)
Thee Police have listed three men, from the August Town area of St. Andrew, as wanted.
They are Dwayne Markland, otherwise called ‘Chicky Bird’, Rohan Myles, otherwise called ‘Tuffy’, and Romaine Simmonds, otherwise called ‘Rubba’. The police have also listed Jehus Ferguson, Julando Stephens, otherwise called ‘Pelpa’, Omar Walker, otherwise called ‘Thirteen’, Marvin Dubidab, otherwise called ‘Simeon’, and Michael Stephens, otherwise called ‘Scrappy’ as persons of interest. The police are seeking these men in connection with the shooting incident in August Town on Saturday evening, in which two persons were killed and two others injured. The dead men have been identified as 39-year-old Rohan Simpson otherwise called ‘Troy’ and ‘Bat’ of August Town Road, Kingston 11 and Moses Francis. The police believe the deaths resulted from a confrontation between rival gangs. They are asking anyone knowing the whereabouts of the wanted men to contact the Papine Police at 927-2047 or 927-2849, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest Police station.
