Horseracing – Richie Happy Notion to return with a bang

The American colt RICHIE HAPPY NOTION is strongly poised to bounce back to winning ways when she contests the straight-five G.A. ‘Sarge’ Bucknor Memorial Cup at Caymanas Park today.

The three-year-old colt last won over the straight course on February 22 and, since then, has been beaten by the out-of-class American fillies NOON IT IS and HUPOMONE in two separate races.

With none of the 10 rivals as good as HUPOMONE and NOON IT IS, RICHIE HAPPY NOTION is confidently expected to bounce back.

Omar Walker will ride RICHIE HAPPY NOTION.

SIR D with Shane Ellis; SAINT THERESA with champion jockey Dick Cardenas and MR SKILL with claiming rider Robert Halledeen should fight for the minor places.

There are 10 other races on the card and post time is 12:10 p.m.
