SportsCricket – West Indies, New Zealand face off in opening T202012-06-30 11:36:21 | (0 Comments)
Following their recent disastrous tour of England, West Indies will seek to bounce back when they face New Zealand in the first Twenty20 International of a two-match series starting today in Florida, United States.
West Indies will boast plenty firepower in the form of Jamaican opener Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard, Dwayne Smith, Dwayne Bravo and mystery off-spinner Sunil Narine. New Zealand boast the likes of Indian Premier League star, captain Ross Taylor, Martin Guptill, Nathan McCullum and Doug Bracewell in their line-up. The Twenty20 series ends tomorrow. After the South Florida matches, the teams will go on to compete in the Caribbean. sports@gleanerjm.com Source: The Gleaner/Power 106 News Send your images, videos and updates to youreport@gleanerjm.com | Click here to Comment Your Comments
