Novlene leads 400m women into finals

Novlene Williams-Mills was the fastest qualifier for the women's 400m final after posting 50.52 seconds to win her semi-final at the JAAA/SVL Jamaica Senior National Championships at the National Stadium tonight.

Williams- Mills beat Christine Day 50.85 seconds and Dominique Blake 51.72 seconds.

In the other semi-final Rosemarie Whyte was first with 51.11 seconds, in second place was Shericka Wiliams with 51.83 seconds and in third was Shereefa Lloyd in 52.06 seconds.
