Wayne Whyte and Safari Farr are to return to the Gun Court today in relation to the shooting of broadcaster Jody-Ann Gray.

They are facing the charges of wounding with intent, illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.

A third man was held in the incident but prosecutors and police investigators have not released details about whether he is being prosecuted.

It is believe that he may be a witness for the Crown.

Gray, was shot as she arrived home in Cedar Grove in Portmore, St. Catherine on April 4.

At that time she was reportedly seven months pregnant.

The police said Grey was about to get out of her motor car, when she was pounced upon by a man, who shot her once in the face and twice in the arm.

The man then jumped into a waiting Toyota Corolla motor car, which was being driven by Whyte.

The car was intercepted by the police and the men were taken into custody.
