Two men charged in connection with the recent attack in August Town, Kingston, which left two people dead and two others injured, are to appear in court next week.

The police have confirmed that 32-year-old Owen Whitely, otherwise called ‘Howie’, and 26-year-old Dilton Foster, otherwise called ‘Dilly’ have been charged in relation to the incident.

They are both of August Town addresses.

The men have been charged with murder, shooting with intent, wounding with intent, and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.

On June 23, Rohan Simpson and Moses Francis were at a shop, when a group of men reportedly entered and opened fire, killing them and injuring two others.

The attack reportedly stemmed from an ongoing dispute between rival gangs in the area.
