BusinessCapital & Credit Group directors resign2012-07-04 14:43:55 | (0 Comments)
Chairman and chief executive officer of Capital & Credit Financial Group (CCFG), Ryland T. Campbell has tendered his resignation in accordance with an offer for Jamaica Money Market Brokers’ (JMMB’s) acquisition of the company’s shares.
Directors of the board of CCFG and its subsidiaries have also tendered their resignations, according to a statement to the Jamaica Stock Exchange. The statement said the effective date of the resignations will be on the date JMMB appoints new directors. JMMB has acquired 93 per cent of CCFG’s shares and has made a further offer to purchase the remaining stocks. The following are the directors whose resignations were tendered: Ryland T. Campbell, Andrew B.
