Ivan Taylor is to appear in the Montego Bay Resident Magistrate’s Court today in connection with the abduction and murder of Trinidadian school teacher, Michelle Coudray-Greaves.

Coudray-Greaves was reported missing on Friday, June 8.

Days later a burnt body was found in a cane field in St James.

Taylor, who is a taxi operator of Lindos Hill, Withorn, in Westmoreland, was taken into custody by the police as a person of interest shortly after.

Following a dental analysis on the corpse, it was determined that the remains was that of Coudray-Greaves.

A second post mortem conducted on the body revealed that her death was caused by injuries to the right side of the head by a blunt instrument.
