The former tourism minister has expressed concern that the tourism capital is fast becoming a haven for illegal activities.
Without singling out the lottery scam, the Member of Parliament for East Central St James Edmund Bartlett says St James is earning a reputation that is painful. He was speaking in Montego Bay last evening where he announced that his constituency will be awarding 50 scholarships to GSAT students, as part of its activities to celebrate Jamaica’s 50th anniversary of political independence from Britain.
