NewsZuma now expected to arrive in Jamaica tomorrow2012-08-05 15:35:31 | (0 Comments)
Jacob Zuma, the President of the Republic of South Africa, is now scheduled to arrive in Jamaica tomorrow.
A release from the Office of the Prime Minister says Zuma today conveyed to Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller that he intends to be in Jamaica for the Independence Day celebrations. President Zuma was expected in the island this morning for a two-day State visit. He, however, delayed his arrival because of the threat of Tropical Storm Ernesto. An advance South African team, headed by a vice minister, is Jamaica and will be participating in some of the activities planned for today. editorial@gleanerjm.com Source: The Gleaner/Power 106 News Send your images, videos and updates to youreport@gleanerjm.com | Click here to Comment Your Comments
