The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) says the Barry and Sligoville routes are now accessible to all vehicle types.

Small vehicles were restricted from accessing the routes this morning because there was flooding along some sections.

However, the ODPEM says the conditions have now significantly improved but it is warning that there will be a slight delay in the traffic flow in both Barry and Sligoville.
