The Manchester police have issued an alert for a 22-year-old mother and her 18-month-old daughter, who have been missing since August 25.
Reports from the Constabulary Communication Network (CCN) are that Rushana Smith left her home on Brompton Road in Mandeville with her daughter Auriana McEwans about 9 p.m. on Saturday, August 25 to visit a friend. Neither Ms Smith nor her daughter has been seen since. Ms Smith has a brown complexion; medium build and about five feet, five inches tall, while her daughter Auriana is also of brown complexion and medium build. At the time she went missing Ms Smith was dressed in a pink floral dress. The child’s mode of dress is not known. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Rushana Smith and Auriana McEwans is being asked to contact the Manchester police at 962-2250, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
