The deceased woman Stacey Ann Smith was found dead in Portsmouth in Portmore, St. Catherine in February.
It is alleged that the women had an argument and Suzan used a blunt object to hit Stacey Ann on the head.
It is further reported that Stacy Ann died as a result of the injury.
Her sister then reportedly buried her body in a section of the house which was under construction.
Residents complained about smelling a foul odour coming from the house and summoned the police.
