Andre Pratt, the man who cut the throat of a policeman, after a failed attempt to get access to Jamaica House in 2009, is to be sentenced today.

Pratt, who is out on bail, has pleaded guilty.

It is reported that on December 3, 2009 Pratt went to Jamaica House to see then Prime Minister Bruce Golding.

It is further reported that a policeman, who was at the gate denied him access to the premises.
