The firearm trial of reputed gang leader Christopher ‘Dog Paw’ Linton has been pushed back to October 30.

Linton is before the Gun Court on a charge of illegal possession of a firearm.
When the matter was called up, the court was informed that the prosecution’s witnesses were unavailable.

Linton’s was slapped with the firearm charge after his capture at a house in August Town, St Andrew in January last year.

It’s reported that a joint police-military team had gone to the house to capture Linton, who had eluded several dragnets.

It’s further reported that during a search, a firearm allegedly belonging to Linton was found in a refrigerator.

Linton was subsequently arrested and charged with illegal possession of the firearm.
