Guyana former police chief killed in crash

CMC - Guyana's former police commissioner Henry Greene has died following a three-vehicle accident at Waller's Delight, West Coast Demerara.

The Guyana-based Demerara Waves Online News said that Greene, who resigned in April, four months after he had been accused of raping a 34-year-old woman at a city hotel.

It's reported that he died at the West Demerara Regional Hospital, where he was taken following the accident involving a truck, a minibus and his car.
