SportsReggae Boyz depart Sunday for USA World Cup return match2012-09-08 18:25:02 | (0 Comments) ![]() Reggae Boyz coach Theodore Whitmore (right) is congratulated by the American coach Jurgen Klinnsman - Ricardo Makyn/Staff Photographer Comfortably leading the group on seven points from three games following wins over Guatemala and the United States and a draw with Antigua, the Reggae Boyz could seal their advancement to the next round, the group of six with another win on Tuesday. With only two teams in with a possibility of advancing to the next group and only two sets of games to play, it would be mathematically impossible for two teams to overtake Jamaica. Currently, the United States and Guatemala sit on four points following Guatemala’s come-from-behind 3-1 win over Antigua on Friday night while Antigua are at the bottom of the four-team group with one point. Like Jamaica and the United States, Antigua and Guatemala will meet again on Tuesday. The Boyz will travel in two groups tomorrow. sports@gleanerjm.com Source: The Gleaner/Power 106 News Send your images, videos and updates to youreport@gleanerjm.com | Click here to Comment Your Comments
