The President of the union, O’Neil Grant, said they have already settled on their demands but it’s important that everyone speaks with the same voice. The wage claims are to be presented to the government from trade unions representing the public sector ahead of talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The government wants the matter addressed urgently as part of its effort to secure a deal with the Fund.
