UPDATED PHOTO GALLERY: PNP Conference Public Session

The People's National Party ended it's 74th annual conference at the National Arena in Kingston this afternoon with party president, Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller, telling comrades it's "shining time again."

Beside the speeches by members of the party's hierarchy and other party faithful, there was the usual carnival-like atmosphere.

Photographer Rudolph Brown was there to capture some of the scenes.
