Police seek 'Duppy Bat', 'Red Head' in retired cop killing case

The police have listed two men as people of interest following the murder of retired Senior Superintendent of Police, Anthony ‘Tony’ Hewitt’.

They are: Jermaine Smith otherwise called ‘Duppy Bat’ and Richard Francis otherwise called ‘Red Head’ both of Donmair Avenue addresses.

The investigators say the listed addresses of both Smith and Francis have been checked several times but they have not found the men.

In addition, the police say the known places where they frequent have also been visited.

Smith and Francis are asked to report to the Constant Spring Police by 9 a.m.
