(AP) — A Swedish photographer says he hopes to raise money for charity by auctioning off a camera that Usain Bolt used to take pictures, after winning the 200-metre final at the London Olympics.

Bolt grabbed the camera from Jimmy Wixtrom, of Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, and snapped shots of the crowd and teammate Yohan Blake, who finished second.

He then carved his name on the camera before handing it back to Wixtrom.

Aftonbladet later published Bolt's pictures as part of its coverage of the race.

Wixtrom put the camera up for sale this week on e-Bay, saying the proceeds will go to the Swedish Cancer Society and Bolt's own foundation for children in Jamaica.

The starting price was $500 but bids climbed above $7,000 on Wednesday.

The auction ends next week.
