The Area One Police are to hold a press conference this afternoon after two brothers implicated in the rape of five females, including an eight-year-old, in St James were pointed out in an identification parade.
Up to late last night the men had not been charged by the police. Assistant Commissioner of Police for Area One, Devon Watkis, would only say the police are still carrying out investigations critical to the case. The police are expected to address the media on the matter during a press briefing beginning at 1 o’clock. The females were attacked about 10 o’clock last week Monday night when their Irwin Point home was invaded by two gunmen.
