NewsLarge turnout for Hewitt farewell2012-10-06 12:54:01 | (0 Comments) ![]() Retired Senior Superintendent of Police Anthony ‘Tony’ Hewitt. Hewitt was attacked on September 16, shortly after he alighted from his car in the gated community of Donmair off Red Hills Road in St Andrew. Four men were in police custody in relation to his death, but the police have since released two of them. They were released because they were not pointed out at an identification parade. Among those attending the funeral at the Boulevard Baptist Church in St Andrew are Commissioner of Police Owen Ellington, Attorney General Patrick Atkinson, and Foreign Affairs Minister A.J.
