JPS decentralises operations in drive to serve customers better

The Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) has announced that it is decentralising its operations to provide stronger services to its customers.

In a release this afternoon, the JPS said it has appointed 15 parish managers as part of a comprehensive organisational restructuring. It said the new managers will administer the company’s parish operations and treat with customer-based decisions at the local level.

The company has also appointed three directors to oversee its regional operations.
