Mandeville water disruption tomorrow

2012-10-09 10:46:45 | (0 Comments)

The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising customers served by the Greater Mandeville Water Supply system that they will experience temporary disruption in their water supply tomorrow.

The agency said the service will be disrupted between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

The NWC said the disruption will facilitate urgent repairs to a broken 16-inch transmission main.

The areas to be affected include Hatfield, Dunrobin, Balevine, Mandeville Town, Georges Valley, Richmond, Old England, Gary Ground, New Port, Wards Avenue, Hartease, Albion, May Day, Brumalia, Marshalls Pen, Mike Town, Lincoln and Huntley.

The NWC is urging customers to store water for use during the scheduled down-time and apologises for the inconvenience this break in service may cause.
