Infant’s body found under bridge in St Catherine

The body of an infant has been discovered under a bridge along the Dunbeholden Road in St Catherine.

The police say about 6:30 this morning a passerby saw an object under the bridge.

The police were summoned and closer observation revealed that it was the body of an infant.

As the news spread scores of curious onlookers converged on the scene.
