Tax Administration closes early

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) said that as a result of the impending effects of Tropical Storm Sandy, all tax offices and business locations would be closed for business today at 1pm.

In a release, the agency apologized for any inconvenience experienced “as this closure is to facilitate members of staff making preparations for the impending storm. Subsequent advisories will be issued to inform the public as the need arises.”
