US Embassy to remain closed tomorrow

The U.S. Embassy is advising that it will remain closed tomorrow.

As a result, the embassy says all scheduled appointments for visas, passports and any other consular services are suspended.

It says it will contact applicants with information regarding rescheduling appointment.

The US Embassy says American citizens needing emergency assistance should contact the American Citizen Services unit at KingstonACS@state.gov or 702-6000.
