2012-10-30 08:45:47 | (0 Comments)

The firearm trial of reputed gang leader Christopher ‘Dog Paw’ Linton is set to get underway in the Gun Court today.

Linton is charged with illegal possession of a firearm.

He was charged following the discovery of a gun in a house where he was hiding.

It’s reported that a joint police-military team had gone to a house in August Town, St Andrew in January last year to capture the reputed gang leader who had eluded several dragnets.

It’s further reported that during a search a firearm allegedly belonging to Linton was found in a refrigerator.

Linton was subsequently arrested and charged with illegal possession of the firearm.
