NewsMoneague Teachers' College reopened2012-10-30 13:00:08 | (0 Comments)
Classes have resumed at the Moneague Teachers’ College in St. Ann.
Classes were suspended at the St. Ann-based institution and its branch in Port Maria last week due to power outages and a disruption in water supply during the passage of Hurricane Sandy. But Principal Howard Isaacs told The Gleaner/Power 106 News Centre this morning that the college is now fully operational. He says classes have also resumed at the Port Maria campus, although the roof of the administrative block blew off during the storm. Isaacs says alternative accommodation has been found on the same premises for administrative staff.
