NewsPolice: murdered pregnant woman's case ongoing2012-11-03 18:16:35 | (0 Comments)
The Area Three Police say their probe into the slaying of a pregnant woman in Clarendon on Wednesday remains wide open.
This disclosure by head of the Area Three Police Assistant Commissioner Derrick Cochrane comes a day after a man was set upon and beaten by angry residents who accused him of the killing. Twenty-seven-year-old Tenisha Hamilton, who was seven months pregnant, was killed and her body dumped in a water tank in Clarendon on Wednesday. A day later, the man was attacked and beaten by residents. He remains hospitalised, but Cochrane says his condition is not considered life-threatening. He says investigators are still collecting statements and have not yet established a motive for Hamilton’s killing. editorial@gleanerjm.com Source: The Gleaner/Power 106 News Send your images, videos and updates to youreport@gleanerjm.com | Click here to Comment Your Comments
