Cocaine found in Farm, Westmoreland

Over one kilogram of cocaine was seized by detectives from the Transnational Crime and Narcotics Division (TCND) in Farm district, Westmoreland yesterday.

No one was arrested in connection with the find.

Reports from the Constabulary Communication Network are that about 3:30 yesterday afternoon, the police team conducted an operation in the community, where they found a parcel containing 1.15 kilograms of cocaine.

The drug is estimated to have a street value of about $1 million.
