Water disruption affects Portland

2012-12-06 12:39:55 | (0 Comments)

The National Water Commission says high turbidy at the Windsor Castle, Hope Bay and Craig Mill water supply systems in Portland has resulted in a disruption in water supply to customers served by those facilities.

The Commission said the areas impacted include Craig Mill, Hope Bay, St. Margaret’s Bay, Little, Spring Garden, Hermitage, Union, Union Hill, Canewood Road, Wydah, Cooling Spring, Wydah and Hope Field.

However, the company said it is working to restore regular service as soon as the turbid conditions have abated.
