Outgoing Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Derrick Cochrane, who heads the Area Three Police, says residents can be assured that there is adequate deployment of police personnel and resources to ensure their safety. In bolstering his assurance of safety, ACP Cochrane pointed out that the police had managed to reduce the murder tally in Clarendon from a high of 162 in 2009 to 80 last year.
