It will be held today and tomorrow at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. President of the Caribbean Development Bank, Dr Warren Smith, and the Governors of the Caribbean borrowing member countries - The Bahamas, Barbados, Guyana, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica - will also attend. The IDB was established in 1959 and is a leading source of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean. The IDB also provides loans, grants, technical assistance and applied research.
