Central Hurdles and Relays, Big Shot Invitational on today

The 2013 track and field season continues today with the sixth Central Hurdles and Relays at GC Foster College in Spanish Town and the Big Shot Invitational at St Hugh’s in Kingston.

Fifty high school teams and ten clubs and institutions have confirmed for the Central Hurdles and Relays.

That meet gets under way this morning at 8:30 with the Long Jump and 4x800 metres for boys and girls.

The Big Shot Invitational is designed for throwers.

Both meets serve as a qualifier for the upcoming Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships.
