Former Tourism Minister, Edmund Bartlett says entertainment tourism can be a game changer for the Jamaican economy.

"With festivals such as Jazz and Blues, and Reggae Sumfest, we must take this more seriously," he said.

Bartlett who is attending the Jazz and Blues Festival being held in Trelawny says the Hip Strip in Montego Bay, and West End in Negril should be designated entertainment zones.
